The Admiral Testing Services Inc name was born in 1994, but officially our bones started in the 1970's.  Captain Renato (Ray) Ramos got his start in the industry as a merchant marine sea going Captain who eventually spear headed the organization P.K.B. Scania USA.    PKB Scania has a long history in the marine cargo industry dating back to the 1700's out of Europe.  Carrying the tradition of excellence, Captain Ray Ramos birthed Admiral Testing Service Inc.  A leader in  Marine cargo and inspections.

Head office located on the banks for the Great Mississippi River just south of New Orleans, LA.  A lifeline port of commerce for the entire USA. and affiliate office around the globe.
